What we process

Analysis sessions: your inputs (company name, industry, selected departments and teams, shortlist) are stored locally in your browser and may be saved server-side as an analysis session. Leads: name, business email and the context of your analysis — only when you submit them through a form with your consent (report, proposal, assessment). Upvotes: anonymous hashes only, no personal data.

AI processing (Google Gemini)

To detect your industry, research your company and generate AI use cases, your inputs are sent to and processed by Google Gemini. Please do not enter personal or confidential data.

Service providers & hosting

We use Google Gemini (AI processing), Vercel (hosting), Resend (email delivery) and PostHog (cookieless product analytics — no cookies, no cross-site tracking).

Retention

Leads: 24 months. Analysis sessions: 12 months. Generated proposals: 6 months. After that, data is deleted or anonymized. You can clear local browser data at any time in your browser settings.

You can request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time — an email to info@coeus-solutions.com is enough.
